 JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Homecare Customer Relations Specialist is responsible for developing new and growing existing referral relationships with Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Sub-Acute, and Regional Centers. The Customer Relations Specialist will assist Homecare Managers with marketing efforts and help to develop their marketing skills. The Customer Relations Specialist will handle and properly resolve any concerns or issues from referral sources to ensure that we maintain a positive business relationship.

HOMECARE CUSTOMER RELATIONS SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and retain strong working relationships with Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Sub-Acute units and Case Management Staff through evaluating customer service satisfaction, improvement and potential issues.
  • Public Relations; creating, managing and promoting Premier with the goal of enriching the company’s position, brand, and client loyalty.
  • Formulate strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand recognition and equity within region.
  • Plan and produce informational material for In-Services, Expo’s, and Resource Fairs; Present educational In-Services for Hospitals, SNFs, and other Case Management Staff.
  • Training Homecare Managers and help develop their marketing skills.
  • Attend workshops, expositions, conferences and marketing meetings as needed and/or required
  • Act as liaison to internal and external organizations.
  • Plan marketing strategies to promote community involvement in events.
  • Participate in community rallies and walks.

HOMECARE CUSTOMER RELATIONS SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of Homecare Funding sources including Medi-Cal and Commercial Insurance providers
  • Experience in Homecare Marketing and/or Business Development (Preferred)
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
  • Caring, positive, and empathetic attitude
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
  • College degree in Business or Marketing preferred
  • This is a full-time position and the work schedule is typically M-F 8am-5pm
